I still feel a little awkward having a Z splashed across my chest, but I just couldn’t stop myself. The top has a slight neoprene-y feel to it, which gives it structure as well as that unexpected quality that neoprene brings to anything that isn’t a dive suit. I have also made it my mission to live in these new NastyGal leather overalls from now…until…well, forever.

If you type ‘leopard’ in my search engine (top right) you’ll get a lot of leopard results. What can I say? I have an affinity for the cat. If I had a spirit animal I’d imagine it being some sort of sleek, nimble feline. But then again, don’t we all?

I’m totally obsessed with this Stella McCartney linen leopard print. have you seen the full suit? it’s CRAZY! Anyways, I’ve been flip flopping on buying the top but finally committed today. i blame it on this for keeping me inside all day with nothing else to do but fill my head with silly ideas like i need more leopard in my life.

just as recognizable as the infamous $600 dollar lunch bag, is Jil Sander’s other ‘it bag’ — equally understated and just as quietly genius. i’ve been meaning to get a cat print back into my wardrobe and i think this would be the perfect addition.

I feel like a lot of us are pedestrians in our own lives…watching from the periphery through good and bad. Some times it takes a really hard shaking to wake you up and push you into action. i’m not really sure what kicked my ass into gear….but for once (finally) in a long time….I feel like i’m living life and no longer just observing it…i’m defunking all. on. my. own.
