alaia via zara
The ever clever Zara seems to be on a bit of an Azzedine Alaia shoe kick right now (just pop into their store and you’ll see what I mean). These pair don’t quite have the same barely-there-held-together-by-a-string precariousness as the originals, but they make a pretty good substitute. Now, to find a pair in Beijing where so far I have come up empty-handed!
Oh, and P.S. These look way better in person, in my opinion. And even better tight on your feet! And if you want to check it out, the Outnet (one of my fave warehouse sale-esque destinations) has some newly discounted Alaia this week. P.P.S It sells out quickly!
