PERFECT MARRIAGE
Two of my favoritest things in the world also happen to carry the reputation of being the tackiest. Fringe, the often go-to texture for the country singing set has the ability to turn anything into honky-tonk when added in excess. Leopard which can be decidedly classic at times can also be warped and re-imagined into all sorts of wrong by the less discerning. What I’m trying to get at is that maybe in some strange way, when these two extremely garish things are mixed together, you get some weird, twisted perfect marriage, resulting in a child like this kick-ass jacket I got about 3 months ago.
Now, some of you may be pondering why I’m wearing a pair of cut off shorts and a crop top in the midst of subzero temperature and imminent snow. Answer: I’m bored as hell of wearing big sweaters and heavy-ass coats 7 days a week. Plus, I doubt you guys would appreciate it if I was wearing a drab coat in every post! It’s times like these that I wish I lived somewhere warmer so that I didn’t have a luggage case labeled ‘summer’ and one labeled ‘fall/winter’.
But back to the jacket. This is actually a piece that I plan to sell in my store under the vintage section. Pretty fun stuff 
Oh and this crazy ass ring I got off eBay. I was under the assumption that the sharp end of the ring was going to point towards the wearer, but no…it’s one of those crazy-ass rings that have the sharp end on your finger tip! After the initial shock of wearing a potential weapon on my finger subsided, I started to appreciate the strange-ness and oddity of it all. I also got a wolf version of the same ring…which at the moment is MIA.

Fuck cold weather. I agree. I actually don’t mind the cold, but it sucks for going out. My uniform of late has been a big manly wool coat, ear muffs and my Frye boots. Yeah….reallllll coooollll. hehe

Hey Miri,
Yes I do. Not as much as I used to in high school. Black Sabbath kinda scares me in a good way. It’s kinda interesting when you listen to it, because it totally sounds demonic at times. it’s got some weird druggy, trippy, satan-worshipping sorta vibe to it.

I love that you decided to dress as if it were summer, I think you’re so right about the jacket; two wrongs make a right but i don’t think there is anything wrong with fringe or leopard! Before i forget, that ring is SICK!

Well I envy all of you who get to experience cold weather unfortunatley, me iving in The Bahamas, I dnt have of wearing big fur coats knee-high boots without looking stupid in hot. (It irritates me that i’m wearing shorts and a tank in mid December…….. You look kick-ass by the way look like you could be in a band urself Nessa!
