So here are some pix before we stepped out to Lola’s on Saturday night to celebrate my friend Aneesa’s 25th birthday. I wore my new Supre cut out dress that I LOVE. For $28 AUS dollars, it’s such a steal–if you’re wondering where I heard of this place from, I read about it on FoxyMan. Fantastic blog, you should totally check it out!
The night started out innocently enough: some booze and pizza with rock band, opening of presents, and other ceremonial birthday festivities…but as the evening drew on it just turned into one hot mess. I wore my Emma Cook booties and was kinda scared that they’d be ruined, but alas they just got a small scuff here or there–all is well.

where are you? I live in Vancouver, BC Canada and got them shipped here from the UK. I bought them off eBay, not TOPSHOP. You should consider taking a peek online. Something else I found helpful that I forgot to mention to another commentor is that you can check the UK eBay site for them too. If my memory serves me right…i bought mine off a seller who listed the item on the UK site….hope that helps!

Yes, I still cannot get over how incredible these shoes are. They are really masculine but have this incredible towering heel (I’m thinking almost 5 inches) and are comfy as hell. I sometimes feel like I’m gonna teeter over….but that’s what all those yoga balances are for!!

I used to get TOPSHOP clothes from the site before they started getting particular about your billing address ( I believe they only accept US billing & shipping addresses). I also have friends that live in NYC that hook me up if I want something desperately. I got my Emma Cook booties off eBay….hope that helps!!
