Returns

No returns are accepted at this time. For this reason, please carefully read over all item descriptions and do not hesitate to contact us if you have queries about size, color, fit, etc shop@thehautepursuit.com

Currency

All pricing is in US dollars

Payment

After receiving confirmation of your order, a complete invoice including shipping (and tax where applicable) will be sent to you. You will then have 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your purchase–otherwise your item(s) will re-listed in the shop. Payment is securely accepted through PayPal.

Taxes

Clothing, Shoes and Accessories are taxable both on the federal level (GST) and provincial level (PST) in Canada. For British Columbians, your order will reflect both GST & PST. HST provinces will reflect a harmonized tax; and remaining provinces will only be charged GST. Your order will reflect these charges upon checking out. All US and International orders are exempt from Canadian tax, however may be privy to duty charges (please see below under ‘Duty’)

Duties

For US and International customers, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying duty charges as determined by your country. The Haute Pursuit shop is not responsible for these charges.

‘Vanessa’s Closet’ vs. ‘Vintage’?

Items in Vanessa’s closet are used and new items bought or received from modern brands like H&M, Zara, Aritzia, etc. Items in the Vintage section reflect clothing and accessories from the 1970′s-1990′s.
