WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS
Oh man. The weather has been absolutely dreadful for the last little bit. One sunny day out of the WHOLE week and I’m stuck behind my desk. Speaking of which; there are some interesting things brewing and I can’t wait to start on this new venture in my life. Soooooon….I can tell everyone my plans. Oh! What does everyone think of my new glasses? Peter and I randomly went eye glass shopping a couple weeks ago. I told him that I wanted something large and in charge…and well ridiculous. 15 pairs later and after a few too many ‘mmm’s and ‘hmmm’s, I picked this pair. Tortoise shell is the new black.
Here is a sneak peak of my new DINSKO boots and all I can say is that I’m horribly in love and want to wear them all the time exclusively. At the end of the day they were around $160 for the whole shabang: shoe + shipping, which is a good deal considering how awesome and unique these are. There’s kinda a futuristic, tranny look to these that I just can’t get over. The honeymoon period is so swell isn’t it?
I’m still getting used to these glasses. Prior to these I had only worn wire framed ones. My right eyeball which has apparently gotten weaker is feeling the pain of a new prescription. I think I may start wearing glasses more, especially when they look this awesome!

Wow those are some crazy boots. love the fur vest. i just bougth a faux fur mini coat at h&M and i love it.
those glasses are super funky/sexy. they must feel so different to your previous wire glasses. i can’t go for really large frames like that b/c my prescription is too high =(

Daaamn girl, you are really working those glasses, I love them, they’re very you! I agree, tortoise shell is the new black. Black frames always had too much of a hard edge any way, I find that tortoise shell is more natural and chic, and it goes with everything! LOVE the Dinsko boots! The thick flatform and tread is so edgy. And for $160, that’s dirt cheap for such unique shoes, congrats on finally getting them!
